1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the service provided by Pauhu AI Ltd (Pauhu AI Oy), Business ID 3477255-1, through the domain pauhu.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

2. The Service

Pauhu AI is an online question-answering and search service. It returns answers with citations to their original sources, or a clear note when a source cannot be verified. The Service provides information and is not professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any answer.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your credentials. Keep your login secure.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid access is sold as a subscription processed by Stripe. You are charged at checkout when you start a subscription, and it renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting the Service immediately you may consent to performance beginning before that period ends, which can limit the right of withdrawal for the portion already supplied, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to cause harm, or to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell it without authorisation.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software and interface, is the intellectual property of Pauhu AI Ltd and its licensors. You retain rights to the content you submit. Cited sources remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. It surfaces and cites sources rather than guaranteeing outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

9. Data Processing

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. Processing occurs on infrastructure located in the European Union.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
